Refund policy

OVERVIEW

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after your purchase to request a refund if you are unhappy with the content. We review each refund on an individual basis so we will respond as quickly as possible to your request.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sonicsoundfx.com. and detail why you're unhappy with your purchase. We do not offer refunds simply for a change of mind, you must provide a valid reason as to why the library is unsatisfactory (such as not as advertised, quality not satisfactory, etc) so that we can lodge it with the seller. If your return is accepted, we'll refund your nominated payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund into your account.
